Having professional vendors on your team can make all the difference on the day of your wedding and throughout the planning process. We will provide a list of our vetted, preferred vendors for your reference.
-Access to Aisle Planner
As a Lovely Day client, you will have full access to a professional and elegant streamlined suite of wedding/event planning tools that will help you keep all your planning organized!
Some features and tools include the following... Checklists, Timeline, Guest, Budget, Calendars, Notes, and Wedding Website.
-Initial Planning Meeting 1.5 Hours
We will schedule an initial planning meeting in person or via phone. We will use this time to discuss your overallvision, general expectations, idea development, make recommendations going forward and create a draft timeline. This meeting will help start your planning on the right foot.
-2 Hours of Pre-Event Management to use as you wish!
We know you will have some questions along the road! You can use the 2 hours all at once, or break them up into several phone calls.
PRE-WEDDING - 6 Weeks- 1 MONTH PRIOR
-Contract / Vendor Review
We will review all your vendor contracts that you have uploaded to Aisle Planner, rentals, and event details prior to your planning meeting to make sure that all information is accurate and that there are no loose ends or potential mishaps.
-Planning Meeting (6 Weeks Prior)
We will schedule an initial planning meeting in order to review all your planning up to date and begin to create a detailed Day of Event plan.

-Venue Walkthrough (6-4 Weeks Prior)
We will schedule a walkthrough with the venue along with your caterer and florist and to discuss the day of timeline, floorplan and event details.
TWO WEEKS PRIOR
Lovely Day will contact all your vendors two weeks prior to your wedding date to establish ourselves as the point of contact and distribute the Event Plans. Lovely Day will confirm each vendor’s arrival time and set up details in their contract.
ONE WEEK PRIOR
-Rehearsal Coordination-1 Hour
Lovely Day will coordinate a ceremony rehearsal in order to familiarize the wedding party with their walking order and cues.
WEDDING DAY EVENT MANAGEMENT
-10 Hours with Lead Planner and 1 Assistant
-Bridal / Wedding Party Emergency Kit
Lovely Day will bring an emergency kit. (ie first aid kit, fabric tape, pins, mints...)
Lovely Day will set up personal decor items (ie photos, guest book, escort cards, place table numbers, and place cards.
Lovely Day will coordinate timeline and set up logistics with your vendors on site. We will work with your vendors throughout the day also ensure your vendors who will remain on site are provided vendor meals and will schedule breaks for your entertainment provider.
-Floral Bouquet/Boutonniere Distribution
Lovely Day will distribute all wedding party florals and assist with pinning on boutonnieres.
-Wedding Dress Assistance
Lovely Day will help bustle your dress and help with any hair pieces or veils if you would like assistance.
Lovely Day will oversee your event timeline throughout the event and ensure proper flow. This includes keeping important items and people on schedule while remaining flexible and in the moment.
-Distribute Final Vendor Payments & Gratuities
-Pack To Go Meals for Bride and Groom
Lovely Day will supervise the breakdown of the reception and do a final walk through.
-Planner + 1 Assistant for Day Of
Lovely Day will provide 1 Lead Planner plus an assistant to manage the Wedding Day.
*Guest counts larger of 200 will require an additional assistant.

*DESIGN FEES EXPLAINED
Design fees include florals, lighting, rentals and stationary. Weddings vary in complexity and scale based on a variety of design elements. For instance, a wedding that requires tents, tent permits, generators, lighting, a stage, dance floor, and three different rental companies is a much more complex event than a wedding that will be completely inside with a DJ table and one rental company. That being said, both weddings can have a guest count of 200, however, the time spent planning both weddings are significantly different. The 10% design fee covers the Planner's additional amount of time, travel and expenses it takes to plan and execute the design portion of an event. We calculate the percentage of design fees based the specific amount of the rental items less vendor labor and delivery fees."
