  • Unlimited communication during Design Phase and Event Management. Monthly planning meetings are scheduled to review all planning to date and to outline the following month's planning goals.


  • Lovely Day communicates via email, Google planner portal, phone calls and in person meetings.


  • Most of our clients live outside of Austin so we are experts in planning with clients remotely!


As our client, you will have full access to a professional and elegant streamlined suite of online wedding/event planning tools that will help you collaborate with your coordinator.

Weddings are deeply personal and we love creating unique and gorgeous events that reflect our client’s individual tastes, vision, and story.  


  • Personal Questionnaire: Before we start talking about design, we want to know all about you! We want to know how you met, who you are as a couple, what you like and do not like, what you envision the look and feel of your wedding and what you want your guests to experience! The personal questionnaire also helps to prioritize your design budget and helps shape ideas for adding personal touches to your wedding.


  • Design Board Creation: We help you assess your design needs and style, then create a cohesive vision and over all look to your wedding. We create a design board to convey the mood/colors/design elements of your wedding for your vendors to reference.


  • Design Plan: We will create a plan to bring your vision to life! Here we will be implementing conceptual ideas through vendors and sourcing rentals and decor.

EVENT MANAGEMENT -For Full details see “Event Management"


  • Rehearsal Coordination (1 Hour): Lovely Day will coordinate a ceremony rehearsal in order to familiarize the wedding party with their walking order and cues.


  • Wedding Day Event Management (10 Hours) " Lovely Day will oversee the day-of timeline, handles snafus, manages vendors, and execute your vision on-site.


  • 1 Assistant for Day Of Wedding: *Guest lists of 175 + will require an additional assistant.


1. Schedule a consultation: We would love to get to know you a bit more and see how we can best help you. We will also want to determine if we are a good fit for one another! The consultation is usually 30 minutes. 

2. Sign Contract: After the initial consultation, if you all would like to move forward we will send you an easy to sign online contract! 

3. Pay 50% deposit- A 50% deposit + signed contract is needed to save your date. Your estimate and contract are due within 14 days.
